Alan Weng is the Broker & CEO of Good Shepherd Realty, a full service real estate brokerage based in Atlanta, GA. Alan is a graduate of Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland where he received his Bachelor of Science in General Business. Prior to graduation, he started serving in various aspects of the real estate industry in the early 2000’s. This marked the beginning of a new era for real estate due to advanced technology development. He has been blessed with valuable technological skills and market experiences over the years in both the residential lending and real estate acquisition/sales. He used these skill set to faithfully serve the residential property Acquisition & Sales Operation for Wall Street Institutions, Real Estate Investment Trusts and Private Investment firms (domestic/International). He averages 100+ volume in monthly Property Underwriting, Investment Return Analysis, Sales Coordination with Sellers and Buyer as well as other 3rd parties in multiple cities and states. The need of service quality, efficiency, asset analysis and sales coordination are just as important for the Main Street home sellers and buyers.

History

Good Shepherd Realty was started in February 2016, with the aim to utilize these skill set, market knowledge and stewardship responsibility to also serve the main street individual Sellers and Buyers.
Alan continues to prayerfully move forward with new innovations, technology implementations, process enhancements as well as acquiring talented individuals with a servant heart in the ongoing journey of building a company that provides high quality Real Estate Service Experience for the market.
Alan is a family man with devotion to God and his beautiful bride Ellen. He enjoys the outdoors, P90X, basketball, cooking new recipes and trying out new restaurants with friends and family. He currently serves as a children’s leader (CL) at Bible Study Fellowship (www.BSFinternational.org) as well as other ministries within his home church, The Church of The Apostles (www.apostles.org)
